Accessibility statement
The Bikko website has been designed and built to be as usable and accessible as possible for everyone, including people with disabilities.
The site has been adapted, as far as reasonably possible, to the requirements of Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations, based on Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG guidelines at Level AA.
Accessibility adjustments made on the site
The site includes, among other things, the following adjustments:
- Keyboard navigation
- Clear focus indicator when navigating by keyboard
- “Skip to main content” link
- Proper and hierarchical heading structure
- Correct language and direction attributes, Hebrew RTL and English LTR
- Alt text for meaningful images
- Decorative icons and elements hidden from screen readers
- Accessible names for links and buttons
- Sufficient color contrast
- Responsive design for mobile and desktop
Navigating the site menu
The main navigation menu is accessible by keyboard. You can open and close the menu with the keyboard, move between links with Tab, and close the menu with the Esc key.
